Our licensed technicians performed a Maytag washer repair in San Diego, California. The customer called in a problem with the washer: it did not agitate even if it still started the spin cycle. The technician ran a diagnostic and found a burnt wire. The voltage was coming to the timer but not to the motor. The reconnection of the wires solved the problem.
